Appointment Reminder & Cancellation Policy

This is a reminder of your upcoming appointment at Diamond Salon Ocala.

We have a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy:

• Single Services – At least 24 hours’ notice is required.
• Multiple Services or Group Bookings – At least 48 hours’ notice is required.

If proper advanced notice is not provided, the credit card used to secure your appointment will be charged a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the service(s) booked.
